Keep silence

It is used to indicate that they shut up or keep quiet, it is usually 

found in libraries or in the waiting room of a hospital or doctor's office.

Although there is no sanction for this signal in Mexico, there 

are people who see it very badly and may even ask you 

to be silent or look at you ugly.
